VegasNova withdrawal time depends on the account check, pending request, operator processing and payment delivery. The shortest stated period is not a guaranteed end-to-end time. The following comparison is based on the English General Terms read on 19 October 2026, not a completed FROST withdrawal.

Processing time and verification

StagePublished conditionWhat it means
Processing aimIn many cases within six hoursAn estimate with exceptions; not a receipt guarantee.
Document reviewUp to five business days after clear documents are receivedAn additional KYC stage, not proof that every account waits this long.
Pending requestUp to 48 hours; missing requested documents may lead to cancellationRead the required action and status rather than waiting without responding.
Internal auditMay take up to seven business daysConditional additional review, not the normal time for every payment.
Bank / network receiptDepends on the route and receiving providerOperator dispatch and actual receipt are separate.

Current withdrawal limits

The checked non-VIP and first-withdrawal limits are €500 per day and €10,000 per month. A non-VIP request is ordinarily limited to €500, with at most three pending requests totalling €1,500. The VIP monthly ceiling is stated as €30,000 unless another arrangement applies. These are term-recorded EUR figures, not an account-specific promise for every currency.

A queue allowance is not a daily payment allowance. Three pending €500 requests do not mean €1,500 will be paid on the same day. Likewise, increasing the monthly ceiling would not by itself establish a faster document review.

Minimums, cash turnover and fees

The terms state €20 minimums for cryptocurrency and card withdrawals, and €50 for bank-transfer and e-wallet withdrawals. They also describe 1× turnover of deposited funds before a request can be processed. This is a cash-deposit rule and must not be confused with a bonus wagering formula.

A €5 administrative charge may apply to a withdrawal without prior real-money gaming activity; other method or processing charges may apply. Do not describe all withdrawals as fee-free on the strength of a payment logo or an earlier promotion.

Documents and payment ownership

Identity evidence, recent address evidence and proof of payment ownership are among the documents described in the terms, with further checks possible. Use the secure operator route and follow its masking instructions for payment evidence. FROST does not receive or assess identity files.

Do not assume that an older successful verification prevents a later request. The reviewed rules allow updated information when required. Cryptocurrency deposits must also complete the required blockchain confirmations before withdrawal processing can proceed.

Investigating a pending withdrawal

  1. Record the request ID, amount, currency, method and submission time.
  2. Check whether the request is awaiting documents, approval or dispatch.
  3. Check the daily/monthly cap and other pending requests.
  4. If the operator reports payment as sent, obtain the appropriate provider reference or blockchain transaction hash.
  5. Compare that evidence with the receiving provider’s status before describing the issue as an operator delay.

Do not add all maximum periods into a supposed typical payout average: some are conditional or overlap, and the source provides no measured distribution.
